About me and my practice

Experience
I am an experienced Counsellor, Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have over 15 years experience working in the mental health care industry in various roles - in both education, health and charitable settings with adults, children and young people delivering therapy online, via telephone and face to face and many years experience in private practice.
Qualifications
I hold a professional Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (BACP Accredited), Bachelor of Arts Degree, with Honours in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor. In addition to holding an array of CPD qualifications related to my craft.

Initial Consultation
I will invite you to arrange a free introductory call (either by phone or, Skype, Microsoft Teams). Typically, an introductory call lasts 30 - 60 minutes. I will ask you to provide a little background about yourself and what is bringing you to therapy at this time. It is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, for you to ask any questions you might have, and for us to see if the way I work is a good fit for you. There is no obligation to start therapy with me, but if we do both feel we would work well together, we can arrange, our first session.
Fees
Initial Consultation - Free of charge
30 - 60 minutes.
Individual Therapy Session - £40.00
60 minutes.
Reduced fee - if you are a counsellor or therapist in training, college - university student - £30.00
60 minutes.
Clinical Supervision £40 for an hour, £60 for 1.5hrs.
Letters - £25.00.
EAP and insurance companies negotiable - please contact for further information.
